there was a thread like this yesterday, you're not alone.
I only use those apps on my TV so I've no experience with this problem on phones. but one thing that does sometimes go wrong is the phones clock settings get changed. if the phone clock is out of sync with the streaming app network clock, they stop playing video.
On the off chance, check that your phone's clock settings are still set to Automatic. If they are then I don't know what else to suggest.
