Hello, yesterday I have received my S21 ultra and it was working fine until Samsung software update. Now my phone will freeze at random times and reset its self every few times. Just this morning it reset itself around 20 times. The model of my phone is Samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5G SM-G998B/DS. Please can you fix this as fast as possible. I hope you will keep your reputation high as I enjoy your devices. Even during the writing of this it crashed before I could post this.
