Recently tried to Update the March 4.1 update to my S21, after completing the usual steps I get failed to Update message. Tried all of the advice on the forum but no luck. Is this a wider issue or do I sit and wait for Samsung to fix? Any support would be great. Thankyou
Hi, if you've tried a factory reset & it didn't help & also tried connecting it to a computer to trying todownload the Software & that didn't work, you might have to book it in to a Samsung walk in service shop & let them update it for you.
Hi, you have to have smart switch installed on your computer, then connect your device via USB cable & if there's a update available it will notify you.
