Wife and I bought new S21 ultras a few weeks ago to replace our S9s. We don't find that face recognition and fingerprint works as well as previous Samsung models. Anyone else find same?
There is some slight variation with the chip sets, both positive and negative. You can scan up to four fingers. I scan my thumb on each hand twice and find it works 99.9% of the time, first time.
Just one more point on the finger print sensor. Some glass screen protectors interfere with the fingerprint scanner.. others are OK as long as you rescan your prints. You probably haven't put a glass screen protector on, so I doubt it applies here and the plastic pre installed screen protector doesn't get in the way.
