Well, now I'm totally confused! Yours is an international version and all I've seen are posts saying it's not available on these models but on checking my Ultra, it's there.

I have it on on my exynos S21 Ultra too,5 Ghz is an option when configuring. Statement that it will not work with Devices that do not support it which is self explanatory.

My Device- S21 Ultra 5G ( SM-998B/DS ) CSC= BTU , 12GB/256GB
One Ui 4.0,Android 12 Official Version.

So I have to ideas what comes up in my mind. One is in hotspot configuration if you press on 2.4Ghz does it offer 5Ghz band?
Second is restricted by your network provider.
What is in you About Phone > Software Provider version.
