Snapseed is not a camera app, but used for postprocessing.

Expert RAW is a camera app, with manual control and a histogram.

Tried to download, got a message saying my device (S21 Ultra) is not compatible. Guess that's because I'm in the UK but can't understand how that causes a device incompatibility.
