I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S21FE under the pretence it would have aSim compatibility, as it was advised online that it would be compatible. I have since tried to set up eSim by trying to 'add mobile plan' in settings, and this is not a feature or possible to do. It seems every other model of Samsung S21 has the option to use eSim and add a mobile plan in settings, whereas the S21 FE cannot.
Can someone please explain to me why this is? I have saved up for this phone and bought it, under the pretence I could use eSim and be able to travel and now can not. It seems Samsung is way behind other phone providers who have had this option for years now. Can Samsung please allow S21FE users to be able to use eSim by including it in the next update?
