As per multiple reports , affected users say emails from the past couple of days are not syncing.
Meanwhile, Samsung has already acknowledged the bug and confirmed that indeed it is widespread. In fact, Samsung says the issue with the Email app not syncing is widespread.
Going by the many reports doing rounds, this is definitely a big issue so we should expect a fix sooner than later. For now, you may try this suggested workaround to temporarily fix this issue.
The solution involves clearing the cache/data followed by uninstalling and re-installing the Samsung Email app and see if any of this works.
For now, the South Korean tech giant has not provided any ETA for a fix but we hope it gets fixed as soon as possible.
