Email set up

I'm trying to set up email to come through on my phone but really struggling .it worked before virgin media went down yesterday but now won't let me login any ideas

Assuming you are using the correct log in information perhaps Virgin still has a problem. It may be worth giving them a call.

I'm having the same issue and even though my details are correct logging in online, my phone is saying incorrect user and password.

That's strange I'm with virgin my email went down yesterday but it's back working to day alright for me.

Iv'e just checked the virgin dashboard on my services and it reported broadband issues effecting the email services for some, expected to be fixed by tomorrow morning. I got a email through about 8pm so it's working for me.

I'm getting emails just can't access them through the Samsung app.

Same here called virgin some email accounts still down only one in my house that's not working everyone else is fine
