Galaxy earphones only work anything from 30 seconds to a few minutes. Shut down and restart is only thing to get them working again. Tech say I need to factory reset? Any other ideas please? Very disappointed with my first Samsung phone. My HTC earphones aren't supported, so forcing me to buy new Samsung ones. This of course added to the cost of the phone which comes with nothing. Any help or advice gratefully received please.
