Ear speaker issues

Samsung s21 ultra ear speaker issues...

It's been happening for about a month or so now sure it was an update that messed it up. 

For about 1 minute into the conversation the ear speaker makes the voice jittery and stuttering. Not sure why if it was a speaker issue surely it would be constantly doing it.... To cure It I have to recall the person.. Its definitely not the line as it does it to every phonecall any help or advice is appreciated.

Please have a look at the solution that has been posted and, while it is not exactly the same issue you have experienced, please let us know whether it helps fix this.

So the speaker test and the receiver test all. Work fine... I'm sure it was an update that caused the issue?...  Its strange that it starts after 30second sir so the call is going

It truly is @Twisted118 . Have you checked if this happens in all the areas and is there a good coverage when that happens? Do the same thing happens if you try to call someone whilst the phone is running in Safe Mode? Doesn't sound like a hardware problem. Is this only happening with the one person you are talking to?
