I am looking to apply for my ear buds but cannot see it in the benefits claim banner can anyone tell me how to sort this x

on the home page at the top there's a bell 🔔 go in there. that's where I found it. hope this helps

has anyone ever been successful on claiming the ear buds?
I made a mistake filling in form twice and told unsuccessful, I thought these came with the the phone but seems its false advertising as I haven't received them and told unsuccessful after purchasing the s21 series

I've just ordered my S21. do I have to wait for it to come to then claim the budds? I'm guessing I register that device and it will show 🤷‍♂️

I too am having trouble claiming the earbuds..just on to them now. They'll need the IMEI number if that helps.
