E sim not working on S21 5G

I want to add an e sim on my S21 5G but its not working,
me and my friend have same brand and he got it working on his samsung.
I noticed that I have android 11, and I can't get the latest software update, any ideas how to get it?

If your phone is compatible, just take it to your sim plan provider shop and ask them to do it for you, it's what I did.

We tried it on another phone and it was working, so I believe the problem here is that I need to have my android software version updated to 12. But I still didn't get it
