Dual Messenger WhatsApp Issue

I have recently purchased an S21 Ultra. I use dual messenger, one for personal one for work. I am unable to send or recieve media files of any type. Browsing the Internet I see this is a widespread problem and back in June maybe before, Samsung said they were working on a fix for this. Does anyone know when this will be fixed or any possible solutions? Thanks.

Hi do u know what the filename for the dual messanger whatsapp is?

com.whatsapp is the regular one but the dual one is what i need to confirm.

Hi, am using Samsung A52s, facing the same media download issue in Dual Whatsapp.  Any recent updates by Samsung had solved this??!

Easy, just disable second whatsapp in the samsung dual messenger setting. it will proceed with uninstall. Just remember not to tick the delete app data. Then re enable the dual whatsapp. its done. you can use/view/backup whatsapp dual again.

note > go to app permission setting to manually reenable all permission setting for the second whatsapp
