Dis/reconnecting Bluetooth earbuds after upgrade

After Android 12 upgrade my earbuds have had issues. Those are disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times a minute. Both pair bought from Lidl. Very annoing because in S21 don't have jack for headphones.

Perhaps it's not BT disconnecting issue because it's happens so fast. It's more pause/play - something is disrupting e.g. Spotify playing all the time. It's started after upgrade. On previous Day everything worked nicely.

Adapter can be used only as a workaround because many cases sound quality is poor. Haven't tested in S21.
