Galaxy S21 SeriesHi there, @WBENSTOCK, I personally haven't had any issues with putting apps to sleep on my S21+, which app are you unable to locate? Are you trying to add it to 'Sleeping apps' or 'Deep sleeping apps'?

Galaxy S21 Series@WBENSTOCK I always perform a soft reset on my phone once I've installed an update just to give everything a refresh, I recommend trying this by pressing and holding your Side and Volume Down keys together until you see the Samsung logo. Also, double-check that the app in question is fully updated (Settings > Apps > Select the app > App details in store > Install any updates).
