Hi there device care can't find installed app to put to sleep even tho I've installed the app

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there, @WBENSTOCK, I personally haven't had any issues with putting apps to sleep on my S21+, which app are you unable to locate? Are you trying to add it to 'Sleeping apps' or 'Deep sleeping apps'?

I'm trying to add it to deep sleeping apps this issue as started ever since I installed the June update and Google play June system update

@WBENSTOCK I always perform a soft reset on my phone once I've installed an update just to give everything a refresh, I recommend trying this by pressing and holding your Side and Volume Down keys together until you see the Samsung logo. Also, double-check that the app in question is fully updated (Settings > Apps > Select the app > App details in store > Install any updates).
