Delayed shipping and free galaxy buds

Same issue as last year. Cut off date to claim is late February , but have to claim within 30 days of purchase and bought yesterday,  but been told my s21 ultra is 5 weeks away. How do we ensure we get a valid claim in when it is a shipping delay ?

Hi,
if u purchased ur new phone yesterday, the free gift will come with it and u won't need to claim. I purchased on the 28th January and my gifts are coming with my phone.

Been told that may be the case for pre-orders, but for those post 28th need to claim via Members, but you can only do that with a Samsung Phone and your IMEI number....so they cant help and suggested cancelling the order and buying elsewhere !  Very odd way to do business - that was direct with samsung
