Hey @Jim1966! Please head to the Camera app > Settings > Turn 'Location tags' on. After this, when you take a photo you can find the location details along with the time/date taken in the Gallery app > Tap on the photo > 3 dot menu > Details.
To add this information to the photo, please select the photo in the Gallery app > Tap the pencil icon > Tap the text icon (this will either be a 'T' or a smiley face depending on the software you are running) > Text > Type the information > Done > Place it where you would like it to be > Save. Alternatively, you may be able to find a third party app that can do this automatically. Hope this helps! 🙂
