Can someone please help me. I did a factory reset a week ago on my phone and would now like to recover the photos that the phone had from then without loosing the ones I've gotten since. Is this possible. There is scant info out there. Please help.

@Ntsiki Hello, log in again to the same account, via web. It could be with another device. If you had activated the synchronization of the Gallery with One Drive, log in and you will see them in the cloud. The same, check in Google Drive.
Otherwise I think they have been lost. A greeting.
