Crashing

S21 keeps crashing. 

Full network but no one can call me, turns off all the time and can't use anything. 

Any suggestions before I get rid of it! 

P.s samsung active watch is having a meltdown too so this is making me want to sell the lot.

Hey @Kerryann23! Is it not letting you call people either or is it just receiving calls that's causing issues? Turn off your device. Take your SIM out, give the gold contacts a rub and put it back into this phone.

I have done this. My only options are now to reset back to factory settings again.

Have you tried wiping the partition cache?

Is your phone crashing whilst using an app or just when on your phone in general?

In general its random stuff.

As a process of elimination can you put your phone in Safe Mode.

This will help to determine if an app is causing this.

It looks like I need to have my phone sent off which could take a long time. Problem is I can't be without a phone due to children's appointments and studying for uni.
