Hi,
Once you receive the new phone, and you go to ur samsung members app and on the benefit section it will have ur option to claim ur free gift.

@Aklima is right if you pre-ordered from Samsung Ireland Online Shop or other participating retailers. If it was the UK Online Shop, the claim was integrated in the order.
