claim validation for buds pro

It's now been 17 day's after getting an email from Samsung saying they will validate my claim within 7 day's. Anybody having the same problem and anybody able to help?

I put my claim in on the 29th of Jan but didnt get validated till the 5th after i phoned them still wait for them to be dispatched.

I didn't get any validation either. I emailed samsung. the next day got an email saying I need to give more information because the details I gave wasn't suitable. so I called them and it was all fine and was validated immediately and confirmed. I would just call them

as others have said give them a call they are really helpful and will validate there and then
