How can I check battery temperature without installing 3rd party apps? 

What battery temperature is correct?

I saw on youtuber using the forehead thermometer to check the temperature of the phone.

You need to use a 3rd party app. Your phone has different temperatures in different locations. The CPU can run twice as hot as the battery. That's why they both have seperate thermostats.
So in order for you to access these, you have to use a 3rd party app.
