I randomly keep getting this error on my 10 month old S21
The SIM is inserted correctly, facing upwards.
I ordered a replacement SIM from Giffgaff and added this into the phone but I am still getting the same message pop up.
Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

Samsung has to repair this. My phone was still covered by the warranty.

I too keep getting this error. I replaced both my sim cards AND the sim card tray. The phone is only 8 months old.
AND i also tried the turning the phone on and off, flight mode, as well as deleting the cache.
It is not helping!!! What is the going on Samsung??

Hi anyone get any further with this one ?
Got my S21 back end of January and now I'm getting this Sim card tray error nearly all the time last 2-3 days.
Have noticed if I don't lock the screen and continually leave display on it doesn't happen. Lock the screen and leave for 20 seconds are so and there's 75% chance when I go to unlock I'll get this error screen meaning anyone trying to call me during the time its locked would go to voicemail. Not good.
Has to be a phone issue.

I have the same problem, but no SIM card , using eSIM and still receive error .
