My girlfriend recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S21+ and is having a bit of an issue with the chat features.
We've recently ported her number over from her old network but when we set up the phone it connected to the new number that she was give. The original number eventually fully ported over and when making phone calls it comes up as the original but when we would message each other it would show up on my S21 ultra as her newly provided number.
We've managed to change the number in her settings but they will only send as SMS not using the internet function which may sound stupid, but we prefer.
any suggestions are more than welcome and very much appreciated.
