When I bought my s21 direct from Samsung it only came with a type C to type C cable. 

Should it have come with a type C to USB?

It comes with C to C cable out the box and customers can choose to use their old charger, or buy the travel adaptor for the C to C cable. Reducing electrical waste 🤷

It comes with a Type C to C, in order for support of Super Fast Charging. This is not possible with a USB to Type C - Only Fast Charging 😀. Hope this helps! 😉
