Charging issues s21 ultra

After updating, it seems that super fast charging is broken.

I bought a new cable - didn't work

Wiped partition cache and super charging came back for one charge.

Now I'm back to cable charging and nothing I do will help fix it! 

Anyone else having these issues?

Click on get help button
At bottom right of the page
And run a diagnostic test
Cable charging

I have downloaded and ran the galaxy app booster this morning.
I still have the charging issue 😞

I have two of the same cable, but two different plugs, one super fast charges and the other fast charging.

Most likely your plug, not the cable.
Try changing the plug end. You can buy official 25w plugs from Samsung, cost a little more but should fix your problem.

I am actually using the Samsung 25w charger! I've had issues with shoddy Samsung accessories in the past so it wouldn't surprise me to find out it has stopped fast charging.

Ordered an Anker plug which is compatible with super fast charging. I'll update when it arrives.

I have had the same problem, my S21 wont fast charge since the update and I have tried everything except factory reset my phone - i mean why should I. Samsung have admitted it is a fault so hopefully they can come back to us with a date on when they are going to release an update to fix this error.

Mine started working again! Nothing changed, no settings were altered but somehow it just started to super charge again
