Charger issues

My charger is brand new, but not charging the phone? Tried live chat and it worked OK for a day and now doing again.

Port clear, and the phone is 5 weeks old. System diagnostic done and all good. Help?

Try wiping cache partition

Where did you buy the charger from & what manufacturer is it ?
