Charger came broken

To whom is may concern,

I bought a 25watts super fast charger. I took it out of the box and plugged it into my phone however it isn't working and is failing to charge my phone. 
 I've spent £20 on a super fast charger that doesn't charge. Please may I either receive a refund or a replacement charger.

HI @Kaiboom  I am not doubting your assertion on a faulty charger however you may wish at look at the Trouble shooting Guide, can be an issue if any moisture https://www.samsung.com//support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-your-galaxy-phone-is-not-charging/ 

if indeed that not the issue and the charger was purchased direct from Samsung you would be best to call the Online shop Team as @BandOfBrothers  advised.   Contact details here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/#shop-support

Sorry to hear your charger is broken.

The Team here cannot interneve so you would need to call the Samsung Online Shop Team if you ordered the charger online on the Samsung Online Store.

New charger from a reputable dealer or Samsung, should be swapped within a month no hassle. Contact your point of purchase and make sure you understand and know of the warranty procedures after 30 days.
