I have the same problem for claiming Galaxy Buds from buying a Fold 4. Tried online text chat. No-one available. And I can't believe no-one bothered to respond to your question comtechy.

What's happening when you try to complete your claim for the promotional buds @Members_QnZ8ASf ?
May I ask if you've tried the generic troubleshooting tips of clearing the browsers cache and cookies etc.
That and or contact Samsung Support vua phone or email.
