Can't upgrade to One UI 4 using software update

Dear Altruists,

I bought a new S21 Ultra 5G two days ago. So normally I received an update and I updated the software to version G998BXXS3AUJ7 but on the website (https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G998B/O2U/doc.html) the latest version is G998BXXU3BUKG with One UI 4. Why I can't update the software can anyone please help? 

PS: I bought it in UK

As of last Friday, 17th December, there is an issue with Samsung servers all showing the AUJ7, Android 11, firmware for all G99*B devices instead of the latest updates. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved soon.
