Can't turn off phone

I can't turn my Samsung S21 off. Any time I press the off button, it goes on bixby prompts. What I know how to deal with this.

I changed the bixby button to the power off button as I don't use bixby

Either power the phone off by using the drop down menu or set up your power button as you want.

You need to hold down the power off and volume down buttons at the same time to turn the S21 Series devices off.

Or, swipe down from the top and select the standby button, then turn the device off.

This happened to me I tried everything and anything from pluggin in the pc to the phone to pressing power and volume up nothing. My network provider said it's a faulty handset .
What is the screen showing ??
