I'm getting this error when entering my phone number in the billing address section (my delivery and billing address have to be different). No mobile number format I've tried has worked, and because of the error, the "Next" button is greyed out and I can't click it.
I can manually enable the "Next" button in my browser which then allows me to proceed to the next order page, but this obviously isn't meant to be done and I'm not sure whether doing this will make the order incomplete and not go through properly. I contacted customer support and they were able to reproduce the error but they weren't too sure what to do.
Any advice on what I should try next?
