Can't proceed to next online order page, Samsung website says mobile number is invalid

I'm getting this error when entering my phone number in the billing address section (my delivery and billing address have to be different). No mobile number format I've tried has worked, and because of the error, the "Next" button is greyed out and I can't click it.

I can manually enable the "Next" button in my browser which then allows me to proceed to the next order page, but this obviously isn't meant to be done and I'm not sure whether doing this will make the order incomplete and not go through properly. I contacted customer support and they were able to reproduce the error but they weren't too sure what to do.

Any advice on what I should try next?

I will add the leading (0) for a try although I agree it shouldn't be required along with the country code.

If in the UK have tried inputting the number from 7xxxxxxxxx by omitting the 0 from your phone number ?

So it should look like +4477xxxxx etc. Instead of +4407xxxxx etc.

I've tried all these kind of formats and still get the same error. I've added more screenshots to show this

Are you in the UK? Cause +44 is UK code.

Weird. And you are on samsung UK website, I'm presuming.

I would probably get in touch with customer service.

I just phoned again, they said they're aware of the issue and it's being worked on. I'll update the thread when I can confirm it's working again
