Just bought a Galaxy s21 and I am having an issue hearing people on calls. On a call, I don't hear any dial tone, ringing, or the voice of the person that I called or the person that called me. People have said they can hear my voice but I can't hear any sound when making or receiving a call.
To make sure it wasn't a network issue, I made and received calls normally on WhatsApp & Duo. I've also cleared the cache in the default phone app and restarted my phone multiple times but no luck.
I've tried calls with WiFi calling on/off and Cellular only. I also tried this with WhatsApp and Duo. Those apps worked fine however, the default phone app won't allow me to hear incoming callers no matter what.
