Can't hear callers its not sound - Samsung S21

When I make a call or receive a call I cannot hear no sound at all. It's not the volume and it's not every call. The phone is only a month old I am not happy with it.

sometimes this is with network connectivity/quality (not with phone) 🗼

if not much, try inserting SIM with other unit

to isolate if this with SIM/network or phone

else

contact customer support for a fix 🔧

Save what you have on it and reset it, It may be from the other person's phone not yours, If not ask for support and they'll check your phone and If is damaged under warranty it will be fixed or replaced.
