I have recently bought a Samsung galaxy S21 5G, and a walkabout 2 watch.
The device is paired to the phone, but every time I try to connect, I get a message saying that an app is required to use this device.
The app is installed and the watch is bound to the app.
I've tried resetting, uninstalling etc, but nothing is working.
It also was the same situation with my old fitbit tracker.
Does anyone have a solution to this please?
