Can I turn off the Samsung calendar on an S21 ultra?

I'm using Google calendar which I love! I don't want two lots of calendar notifications. Can anyone tell me how I switch the Samsung one off? Thanks

Sure. Go to settings, apps, Calendar and disable it.

Nope, I can't do that. The toggle switch to disable it is greyed out so I can't do anything. If I try to turn off notifications, that is fixed too!

I've been doing some research into this, seems it's difficult to do. Seems it can be done using adb or a package disable app but someone recently reported revoking all permissions worked.
