Can anyone help me out! (i haven't received any verification mail for free gifts)

Likewise its been 9 days i applied for free gifts for pre order s21 but to date i ven't received any verification mail so i even mailed them @ preorder.samsungpromotions.claims but no response yet,any suggestions..

so have you not even had acknowledgement that your claim has been processed? I know it takes up to 45 days for them to arrive and it really is close to 45 days

if you've not had the verification, I'd give them a call

so if you have not heard anything at all since you put the claim through then contact samsung. if they have said yes you will get them and its a 45 day wait (max)
