camera quality

Is anyone having issue with s21 ultra camera.

Video call quality from my end is very poor my friends telling me that video quality they getting is horrible pixelated. 

The low light image quality is also very granny.. 

Any thoughts?

@Gilani: Are you experiencing quality issues when capturing videos via the Camera app, or is the issue only related to video calls? Which app are you using to make the calls e.g. Google Duo, as it may be related to a resolution limitation of the app itself.

The issue is mainly with video calls. I'm using both WhatsApp and Google Duo

@Gilani: From what I understand, Google Duo is only able to support video calls at 720p, which is likely to be the reason why the quality doesn't look great. Where possible, try to ensure that you're in a well lit area while on a call, as low light can also reduce image quality.

Is this also because of the app or user error?

 10x optical zoom? How bout crappy digital. And then wasting the moment I get the next one

 Stop blaming others and admit Samsung failures to provide a quality product!!!!!!!!!
