calls silent

I've just had the S21 but having trouble with phone calls. Unless WiFi calling is on I can't hear the caller and they can't hear me?

Maybe a silly question but are you getting a mobile signal ? Normally phone only uses WiFi Calling when no mobile signal available or is too weak

thank you, just changed network so never had an issue before, although there is a signal it does seem pretty low while at home, so could well be the problem
