Call Volume Too Quiet S21 ULTRA

Anyone else having issues with the speaker/call volume being too quiet. Husband and myself have each just purchased a s21 Ultra and we can barely hear the person on the other end of a call.

We have been long time Samsung S buyers so we are confident in ensuring volume is up, but can only have conversations on speaker!!!

I loved my s10+ and only traded it as my phone provider offereda deal I couldn't refuse. Admittedly I'm a bit disappointed I've done it now

have you got Dolby Atmos turned on and set to auto?

Nope I just checked!! I was excited for a moment then, thought you solved my problem lol

you need it turned on and set to auto. that boosts the volume

LOL I didn't realise what you meant.

I turned it on to auto, still quiet, changed the mode in auto to voices, and still quiet but only a very small bit louder. 

It sounds like I'm holding the phone far from my ear trying to listen. It's very weird.

when in-call, simply press the VOLUME UP button on the side of the phone.
