I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra in May. I have had to replace this phone 2 times and it's still giving me the same problem. The problem is I can make calls out I can hear the people sometimes other times I cannot. Also when I receive calls I can't hear them but they can hear me. I have worked with T-Mobile for 4 days in a row resetting my phone, resetting my network and the same problem is happening. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it

Do this issue continue everywhere you go or in a particular area ?

Also does this happen with particular contacts or all of them @Susan Lindsay  ?

Do you own the Snapdragon or Exynos Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra phone  ?

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It may still be T-Mobile responsible. Have you tried using another SIM, to test this theory out?

I have the same issue @Susan Lindsay. I have a Galaxy S21 since the end of May and the situation is getting really frustrating. Do I need to swap the phone?

I am having the same issue. This phone has been a real pain. I have to attempt calls 3 - 4 times, and sometimes that doesn't work.

But hey Samsung have your money so why would they care?!

The S21 is a disgrace. There seem to be many issues with software and poor quality control.

Yes, they replaced the Sim card. They also reset the sim card.

I'm having the same exact issue.  I LOVE galaxy but I'm truly regretting trading my note 10 for this device.  Huge downgrade! I cannot understand anyone I talk to and they can't understand me.
