Hi all, long story short I dropped my S21 Ultra and it landed screen first onto the corner of a concrete step.
My screen protector stopped the screen from cracking/smashing, however the impact has caused a small patch of pixels to break/stick.
The phones covered under Samsung Care+, however I cant get a clear answer from Samsung as to whether this is covered or not. They just send me the Samsung Care+ documents...
It doesn't effect the usage of the phone, but can be quite annoying, especially when watching videos.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this happen and if they were able to claim through their Samsung Care+? I just don't want to waste anyone's time trying to get it fixed if its not covered.
