S21 bluetooth  noisy when connected to car audio,being told by callers there's excessive background noise. Is there a fix?

The thing that springs to mind is that you are using the car's microphone and speakers so not sure it's the phone.

Very true,but not had this issue on previous phone 2 weeks ago,will try reprogramming
