Do you have the Bixby app icon on your app screen? If yes click and hold it for few seconds when the menu pops up press the (i), at the. Ottom of the screen you should be able to force stop or disable it.
If not go to settings, apps and scroll through to find the Bixby apps and sabl ach one seperatley.
