Hi my phone battery goes down very quickly even when I don't go on it 

What shall I do 

I have the Samasung S21

Go to support in S members and test battery. Anything under 3000 should be replaced

It's mostly location permissions and background data usage permissions. So start there.

Instead of all the time may be do only when app is opened.
You need to decide which ones you want to run all the time or only when the app is opened.
