Battery care S21U

Does Samsung ever think about bringing this feature to its users. I charge my phone overnight but it's not doing the battery lifespan any good. I know I could charge before bed but it isn't always convenient.

Please consider bringing this feature in next update 🤞🙏👍

Battery care is already there in S21 ultra. "Device Care"

Yeah its at setting < device care. And don't charge overnight it can effect your battery life big time

I don't have option to delay charging overnight.

What phone is that on, samsung has always been behind in the battery department.

To get round it I slow wireless charge it at night it takes about 4 hours apposed to 1.5

That's a Sony. But Huawei... Apple... OnePlus.. they all do it. Just Samsung lacking behind

Yea that's one thing I have always noticed, apple one was never any good for me as bedtimes are always different I think setting when you want the battery ready is the best bet

To be honest this should never be an issue. I wish companies would provision the batteries so even if you left them charging to 100% and trickled they wouldn't adversely affect long term battery life. Its not 100% efficient use of a lithium ion but it would make usage far more convenient (probably wouldn't be too good for the companies bottom line though).
