Background noise on calls

Hi, just purchased a S21+

I'm a truck driver and when I make phone calls, the other person can hear a noise in the background like I've got my window open when I haven't. 

I'm connected to Bluetooth at the time obviously and I've found out that if I turn my stereo off and then on again, it stops. 

This never happened on my A70 in the same truck. 

Help anyone????

I'm having the same problem. When connected by Bluetooth in the car everyone complains that it is hard to hear me due to the background noise. There was no issue with my old S10e.

Been on the phone to Samsung UK loads of times, just keep getting fobbed off.

It just painfull my old A70 worked perfectly with my car factory bluetooth. Is Samsung going to do a fix, as it seems a major issue. Or you guys just give up and buy a new phone.
